Q. COVID-19 RETURN AND EXCHANGES 

A. With the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Processing takes 3-5 business days not including weekends nor holidays. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. * During sales and promotions, please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders. 

Q. How do I change or cancel my order ?

A. All sales are final unless your product was received damaged. If you have received a damage or incorrect item, please email us at inf.egwildwaist@gmail.com

Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund ? 

A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct.  

Q. What method is used for shipping ? 

A. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

Q. I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?

A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately , we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to sales being final. 

Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund ?

A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
